Morse Properties was founded in 2002 by William, Robert, & David Morse.  William and his sons, Robert and David, are seasoned commercial real estate professionals whose combined experience over the past 40 years includes; commercial subdivision development, build to suit development, real estate investment, consulting, tenant/buyer representation, corporate disposition, market analysis, leasing and sales. Some of our more notable clients and projects have included:

Target, Wal-Mart, Publix, Whole Foods, Belk Department Store, Barnes N Noble, Marriott Corp, Hertz Corporation CVS, Office Depot, Petco, PetsMart Toys R Us, Darden Restaurant Group, Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, Starbuck’s, Panera Bread, Pollo Tropical, Brinker Restaurants, Chase Bank, 5/3 Bank, Firestone, Great Clips and Wolf Camera & Video.

Robert Morse

Robert has been involved in the commercial real estate and development business since graduating from the University of Florida in 1988. In 1990, Robert established the East Coast office In Melbourne, FL for Main St. Investments, and then Co-Founded and converted to Morse Properties in 2001. Since entering in the real estate business in 1990, Robert has a established a well rounded resume of experience including, shopping center development, build to suit development, residential and commercial subdivisions, and Tenant/Buyer representation.   
 

David Morse

Upon graduating from University of South Florida in 1990, David worked in restaurant management at both Outback Steakhouse and The Black Eyed Pea. In 1993, David joined Main St. Investments in Melbourne, FL  and then Co-Founded Morse Properties in 2002 in Orlando, FL. Since entering the real estate industry, David has completed transactions involving national retailers, developers, large land developments, and investments properties throughout the state. David has an extensive background in single tenant, grocery, and big box shopping center development.

After holding corporate executive positions with Jewel Companies Inc., General Mills Restaurant Group/ Darden Restaurant Group, William formed Main Street Investments Real Estate brokerage and Leasing Company in 1981. This company was one of the first Tenant/Buyer rep oriented companies in the southeastern United States. Main Street Investments specialized in representing national companies on both their acquisition and disposition of real property. Some of their more notable clients were: Darden Restaurant Group, Marriott Corp., Target, and Discount Tire Company. Main St. Investment’s portfolio also included the leasing contracts of over 4 million square feet of Retail Space. In 2001, William Co-Founded Morse Properties, a family owned Real Estate and Development Company, with his sons Robert & David.
